Building a Sand Rocket is fun and easy! By eliminating the weak and expensive trans axle you save money on the cost of the build and even more on costly and untimely repairs. Our chassis design is for a Chevy small or big blocks and turbo 350 or power glide trans with a fully independant Dana 44 or Aluminum Ford 9" rear end. Sand Rockets can also be set up for a 5 speed manual transmission. This design features the SandRocket Classic inboard suspension.
